Publishing Guidelines
Publishing is not guaranteed and is generally granted on a first-come, first-served basis, giving priority to official Nativity events.
- The regular bulletin deadline is Monday at noon for the following Sunday’s bulletin and submissions are subject to space limitations.
  - Bulletin deadlines which fall on a national holiday are typically transferred to 9am on the previous Friday, or earlier.
  - Please note the following early deadline:
    
    Submissions for the Sunday, July 7 bulletin are due by 12pm Tuesday, June 25.
- Submissions for digital publications (social media accounts, Nativity News, online calendar, et al.) require at least two full business days before desired publication.
  - Submissions for digital publishing May 21 - June 4 must be submitted by 9am on Friday, May 17.
- Finally, print and email requests are subject to space limitations and social media accounts are subject to caps on the number of daily posts.
