• And providing abundant opportunities to participate in the parish’s long tradition of Christian witness.

Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, founded in 1922, is located in the heart of St. Paul's Macalester-Groveland neighborhood and is home to more than 1,700 families  — many of whom have been formed by and worshipping together with the Nativity community for generations.

While these parish families represent a strong, continuous thread in our parish history, new individuals and families are indispensible as we worship Our Lord and serve his people. Together, both our new and longstanding parishioners each contribute to a dynamic parish life rooted in tradition and responsive to new challenges and opportunities.

Our parish includes a large, highly-regarded school with approximately 800 students, an Early Learning Center serving more than 200 families, a variety of adult education and faith formation opportunities, and a pervasive spirit of volunteerism.
